ok, i started my period today in school, and i didnt know abotu it. it usually isnt bad, but it was today. i didnt realize it, but it went through my pants, in science. and the teacher came and told me. smoe people thought i crapped my pants. and some people said i left a stain on the chair. What advice can you give me for this? i am really not look forward to school tomorrow, and what can i say to people? how did you handle it? (i handled it like it was no big deal and liek nothign happend) but im not sure anymore. I am SO embarrassed!

hi,i m 21 years old and have been having my periods normal.before marriage i once had the problem of irregularity then i visited a doc gave me tablets which i had for about 6 months and everything was fine.then sinc november i was not getting my periods so i visited the doc thinking i may be pregnant.but then the doc said i am not pregnanat and i was shocked.she gave me tablets and my periods started.i just wanna know what could be my problem...................i have sex with my husband then y am i not pregnanat??what could be my problem???i am a bit overweight i am 5' 4" and weigh 165lbs could my weight be the problem i am really confused.......please help.

I'm a size D or I think DD in my breast. I'm considering breast surgey when I attend my GYN really soon. My breast are giving me problems on my back. I also have back problems. I'm 18 and will be 19 on August 10. I noticed that whenever I eat a lot of broccoli right before I get my period, my cramps aren't as bad. I read somewhere before that eating greens helps but I can't remember exactly what I read. If it does help, what in the broccoli helps it go away?

This is a bit complicated but il try to explane the best i can.
Up untill the 24th of febuary this year i hadnt had a period for 11 months which my doctor refused to investigate, i was taken into hospital on the 18th of febuary because i had really bad stomach pains they couldnt find any problems then on the 24th i started a period which lasted 6 days. But the problem is since then when iv had sex with my partner it really hurts all over my stomach especialy low down and at the top. He feels bad because it hurts me. im going doctors on thursday but im really worried.

I've finally decided that I think I need to seek professional councelling. I can't deal with my fathers emotion abuse anymore, my ex would feel me up in my sleep and a bunch of my friends keep advising me to go (and people on Y!Answers) have said that I have all the symptoms of someone who's ED-NOS.

So I decided maybe I should give this a shot before I let myself get completely comsumed.

But how do you talk to a therapist? I don't get it...I don't know how I'd bring up my issues and go through them. I've never spoke to one before so I'm completely lost on this one....

Can anyone help, I'm kinda scared that they wont believe me...

I don't know what to think anymore. I had what I thought was my period on the 23rd of Feb. But it was really light and when I wiped there was nothing and it last for only about 2 1/2 days. I took a preg. test right after just to make sure that it was implantion. bleeding. An the test come out neg. So hear it is 2 weeks later and now I was really sick Saturday morning and kinda nause today and tired. My stomach is hard all around my belly button. What could be wrong with me?????

I came off the pill last summer after taking it for about 5 years.

My periods were ok for a while. Then I missed my periods for 2.5 months. Then I got it but it was very very long and started very light and went on for about 10 days lightly. Im not pregnant I had a test done.

Now 3 weeks later I have my period again!!

Is this because of stopping the pill even thou i stopped it back last summer!!?

Its sooo annoying - Im going to speak with my doc but just wnated reasons for the above - im thinking of going back on the pill to regulate me again!
