I have a woman friend who is taking the supplements (post-menopausal, if that matters) and she asked me to find out what the side effects are and whether she should quit?

(only nurses, pharmacists and doctors plz)

I see that no one has answered this question as of yet and my recommendation to your friend is to pls check with her dr and pharmacist as they can give the best answer to this question.
