it depends on what u like better and wat ur wearing if ur wearing white bottoms where a tampon and if ur not where wat evr is comfortable

I would wear a tampon and a pad. Bring an extra tampon or two in your bag too since obviously they never stock those little vending machines in the bathrooms.

Either, unless its a water park and you better wear a tampon. Bring extras in your purse, you wouldn't want a leak!!
