If you aren't sexually active, you should start visiting your gyno when you turn 18 years old. If you do decide to become sexually active before your turn 18, make sure you go and get checked out after that.

My first visit to the gyneo was when I was 17. I was not a virgin but I would still suggest that you go if you are over 18. I plan on taking my daughter to get her used to the doctor when she turns 13. Its all ways good to have one just in case something is wrong you have some one to talk to about it with.

I didn't lose my virginity until i was 19. I still went when I was seventeen, because me nor my mother were sure if I needed to go. My gyno said if you're sexually active you should visit the gyno, no matter how young. But if not, the earliest you have to go is the age of 17.

Once you finish puberty (around 16 to 18), you should start going to the gynecologist. You need to have annual exams to make sure you are not developing any medical conditions.

From the time that the female had her first sexual courting. It doen't count what age she has, yet while she starts having intercourse she has to pass to a gynecologist for a examine up for sexual transmitted deseases. that's good for her very own wellness and additionally for the bf that she has next to her!

If you are a virgin it is recommended to start going when you are 21 because without having sex you are not at a high risk for cervical cancer which is the main readon for paps. For just the safty I would go maybe when your eighteen though just because you have really developed by then.

you should first go to the gynecologist if you think there are problems "down there"......
you should also go for a check up and a screening for certain cancers like cervical and breast. A pap-smear too.
I first went to a gynecologist when I was pregnant.

my doctor told me when you become sexually active or once you're 18, but planned parenthood says you can wait until you're 21. the earlier the better i suppose so you can become comfortable with the procedure (you will have to get it every year), so definitely by 21.

The first visit should be once the woman has had sex or is planning on having sex. She should also go should she have any menstrual problems.
