A box says 6-8 hours because you can put yourself at risk for Toxic Shock Syndrome, but a friend of mine told me she keeps hers in longer. Answers would be great and sarcasm IS appreciated.

one night, after showering with my man, we got intimate and i started to feel a little burning feeling down there...could this be from when i was showering, maybe something irritated me like soap?? could this be from maybe being a little to dry? it ruined our night! or, could the end of my period have something to do with it?? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY. PS. we've been together a loonnngg time and use protection some times.

anyone know what can be done other than going 2 the doctors about this
what the problem is am having really bad pains in the lower stomach abdomin area and also pains underneath my rib cage on my side and its starting 2 get bad where a feel am about 2 be sick or collapse with the pain anybody know what a can about it till i get my appointment with my doctorits not my normal period pain either and also a dont drink much and i dont smoke any1 able 2 give any advice that would help that be good ty

my mother is 51 and has been passing out without warning for 3 years now. we have had her to the er they say there is nothing wrong with her we had her to many doctors all say the same. when she pass's out she can't remember and then just wants to sleep and is very confused and out of it. i'm worried cuz it is getting worse and with the doctors saying there is nothing wrong when i know there is. is well making me very mad. i've been afriad to leave her alone so i don't go anywhere cuz when she falls you have to check her for injures and well i'm the only one around. i know that medical problems are best left to doctors but maybe just maybe someone out there has the same problem or known someone to. i can give you a list of her illness. she is diabetic, heart problems, rhumatiod arthritis, osto arthristis, firbromyalyga. as you can tell she is already sick. but i just want a little relieve to know what this possible can be.

I am on microgynon from April. i take them at the same time, 7.00 pm every day; when the time changed (i.e 7 became 6) i took at the changed time which would mean 8.00pm after the summer time; that night i had sex. can this affect the effect of the pill. can i get pregnant? please advise.

I have a serious problem. I don't have Health insurance and I'm not able to get any at this time. I've gone to the emergency room a few times in the last few months. I haven't bled since the end of August, I've been getting cramps I've never gotten before that hurt, and I've been gaining belly fat. I'm completely stressed but I dont know what to do. Bad enogh I have to have surgery on my wrist and can't do it cause I don't have insurance. How should I take care of this where should I go since I can't get assistance and haven't found a job yet and I'm scared it may be something that can affect my being able to have children in the future?..Please help!

I was just wondering, Me and my partner are trying again to have a baby. We had a miscarriage in late august because of a molar pregnancy. She had a d&c in early Sept. the doctor okay'd us having a baby again. Her first period since the d&c was heavier than normal but her next period which she just had on the first was normal. According to our caculations she ovulated yesterday and she has been having all of the ovulating symptoms and me and my partner have been havin sex all week, the last time was 2 nights ago. She goes to the doctor on the 27th and I know that it is no way for us to know now but do you think our chances are good???

plz help me i have had my peroid since may and i have been late a couple of times i don't know why. i have never had sex. my last peroid was late. usally at certain times during they month i get clear to kinda milk colored discharge. recentally in the past few days i have had brown discharge i dont know why. now i just went to the bathroom and a huge dark brown discharge chunck came out. i am not supposed to start my peroid until after thanksgiving. please help me any ideas what it is.

I just started taking Levlen this month, which is a form of birth control pill that has 3 weeks of combination pills and 1 week of placebos for which the period's supposed to take place in. I've had long cycles before, usually 35 days as opposed to the 28 that the pill promotes. My period is late for this set of placebos, and my question is if this is normal, or if I should be concerned that my period hasn't started yet. I've used condoms in addition to the pill all month, so I doubt I'm pregnant.
