is it normal to get cramps when you are ovulating? i've been off the pill for a few months, maybe that's why. not sure. thanks

Hormonal changes will cause cramping. Coming off of the pill..your body is coming into it's own with hormones. That should subside soon :)

yes, the ovulating is what causes the cramps. this is mostly why women get on the pill in the first place. Coming off it can also cause cramping. again with screwy hormones...

I've been told that some women can "feel" when they ovulate, I suppose it could feel like cramps. Never felt it myself.

yes and surprisingly it hurts more than your actual period
