Women's Health - November 2006

I've been married for three months and after my last period I came of off a low dose bcp. My Auntie dearest is now 1 to 2 days late. I have been experiencing pregnancy like symptoms. Dizzy(only one time), very sore breast and nipples, menstrual like cramps(these came when it was time for my period and I swore I was going to start) tired, hungry(even after already eating), frequent urination, and Montgomery's Glands. I've taken several HPT(some probably too early) and one this morning and all have been negative. Are these symptoms caused by coming off of the pill?

I didn't have my period in May. I had it in June, and then didn't have it again until August. And now, I haven't had my period since then. I don't have insurance to get to the doctor right now. What is wrong with me and what can I do?

I took 3 pregnacy tests and they were all negative.

and is it possible to loose ur vriginity without knowing it while your drunk and cant remmember what happend that night? Even if u could not remember loosing it wouldnt u tell the diffrence the next day? like being sore or something? please help!!!

I just posted a question yesterday regarding some symptoms I've been experiencing over the past couple of weeks. I've been getting some pretty viscous headaches, I've been nauseated and sensitive to certain smells that never bothered me before. I've been moody and always always tired. Oddly enough the past couple of weeks have been the best sleep of my life, seeing as I don't wake up a few times a night like I used to. I used to wake up a lot and was a very light sleeper and over the past couple of weeks I've been sleeping through the night and maybe getting up once, but even though I'm sleeping for an average of 7 hours straight I don't feel like I'm sleeping nearly enough at all. I did start my pill pack two days late, and I only made up one pill because I was a bit confused on the dosing. Last week I had a terrible headache and went to bed early, and did forget to take my pill by a matter of a few hours. I haven't "missed my period" yet, I'm not supposed to start for another

I have been on the treatment for about 6 months now and my doctor told me after my second shot i should not bleed. i had a lot of complications with my first shot and now even more with the 2nd one. i have been bleeding for about 13 days now non stop with excruciating pain. and i have done everyhting i can and the doctors cant tell me whats wrong or going on. so now they are sending me to higher specialest but i was hoping someone on here could help me out a little bit. i am looking for some friends i can talk to a nd vent...lol... i am very young and i am juss tryin to do my best i dont want to be sick when my daughter gets older and have her know that i am sick. so can someone PLEASE help me.........Thank you very much ...........Noel...

i've been taking the pills for 4 moths now, everything was normal, but last month it lasted 10 days and is was really light, just a little bit in a day i didnt have to wear any protection, last sunday i bled a little bit, and a little bit yesterday too. im having weird cramps all over my stomach, when im sleeping and wake up my legs are kind of sleepy too( i dont know how to explain it), i've been eating a lot too. im only 18. is this normal? am i pregnant?

I'm going away for a week with my family in 2 weeks. but my problem is im due for my period soon. i'm afraid I will have it the entire time I'm on vacation. Which is not much of a vacation at all. I'm hoping to have it next week so it will be over before we leave. So my question is, is there anything I can do so that it won't come when i'm on vaction or make it come within the next few days?? any help is greatly appreciated!!

hi i'm 13 and a 32B/C chest i'm 5'3'' and i weigh 125 pounds
my friend has just turned 14 she is also 5'3'' and weighs 115 pounds but yet she has a 34E chest

ive recently discovered that i have endometriosis. my dr has suggested starting hormone pills. what kinds of effects will i have? low sex drive? weight gain? i will put up with the severe cramps w/ pain killers if i have to. Dr also suggested surgery, has anyone ever had surgery to remove growths?

Every time my fiance and I have sex, it really hurts. He has been inside of me, but not far enough to break my hymen- I always stop him before the can get that far. It's like a tense up. I try to relax and we've even used lubrication- but it still hurts. This is really embarassing and I really want kids in the future, but how can I if I can't even have full intercourse? Please help!
