You certainly can, just be careful not to go too big because it can look terrible. If you pick a size appropriate to your frame (which is generally smaller than most women do) it can look extremely attractive and still retain the natural look. That way you avoid looking like you have a couple of melons attached to your chest with skin that is so stretched out it almost appears blue. You obviously need to consult with a plastic surgeon and ask what size you could go to without it looking ridiculous and without it affecting sensitivity and your chances of being able to breast feed. there is styles of implants you are able to opt for between. there is also particular sizes that relies upon if the implants will in good structure. i don't think of they could be puzzling. imagine of a water balloon or pudding in a bag.

yes you can have breast implants because men can have implants and they have little breast tissue and women who have their breasts removed can have implants put in
