I'm 42 and starting to experience "pre-menopause" type symptoms. I've heard both good and bad things about Hormone Replacement Therapy. Obviously, I'll talk to my Doc, first, but I wondered if other people had good or bad experiences with it.

i would like to know about VLCC weight management program.... i had gained lot of weight after my delivery....i got different opinions from people about vlcc. so i am really in a confused state. if anybody has done there weight management program pls give me an advice regarding it.

i think im pregnant but not certain my period is 11 days over due and its usually regular i also had a smear test 2weeks ago would it have done any damage and is it normal to be getting period cramps????

i am taking birth control pills for 1 year now, and just this month i stopped taking my pill for about 3 weeks now, my question is, when will my period come, i am positive enough that i am not pregnant cause i did a pregnacy test for two times and the result is negative. i read that it is normal for your period to become late for some women once you stopped taking pills, how long till it come again? cause im so tired of waiting... please help!!!

my breast has been sore for two weeks now i took a drug last month which aided my menses to flow but this month i have not seen it i have taken the drug and nothing i did a test which is neg.right now am fellin feverish, pain in the neck, loss of appetite, have saliva in ma all the time, body pains, severe headache,my urine is dark yellow and very warm last time i had sex with him who is now ex was 3 months ago i am now takin drugs to cure malaria for a week now no improvement am yet to go for a scan to verify if am preg.i have not vomitted anyway and i enjoy sitting in the sun pls am i preg.

Every month, just before I ovulate, I start to feel really ill. I get chest pains, headaches, feel incredibly tired & ratty, and end up with terrible cramps when I actually ovulate.

This then leads to terrible mood swings for the next two weeks, and then just before I come-on I feel really tired again and all light-headed.

Is all this normal, should I get my hormones treated - any advice?

(I am not on the pill & can't go on it for medical reasons, and I take a daily magnesium/vitamin suppliment)

I have a very low sex drive and could take it or leave it really, My husband takes it personally but its just the way I have always been, what would you suggest I do, apart from viagra. I have heard woman can take it too but I dont want to.
