I didn't hear about this diet, but I tried another one, that helped me a lot. It's about 3-3-3: 3 days of eating just fruits and vegetables, 3 of meat ( ex. chicken breast, or any other low fat meat) and the next 3 days diary products: milk, yogurt, cheese. You can eat as many times as you want because after the first day, you wouldn't have appetite to eat the same food again. This is the secret of this diet! After 1-2 weeks, you would lose 1-2 kg/week.

I would not recommend doing this because it will cause your body to slow down your metabolism because your brain is being "told" it starving. The least amount of calories anybody should eat is 1200, not 200 or even 800.

I wouldnt try it. A girl recently died from a heart problem caused by such a low calorie diet. Her body was so desperate for energy it started using lean tissue.. ie "eating" her own heart!
Most people need a bare minimum of 1000 calories for the body to function properly during the day!
