i've gotten my period twice in a month for 2 months now.. this is not normal for me. why is this happening?

What you seem to be talking about is called breakthrough bleeding or midcycle bleeding that occurs at the time of ovulation.You did not mention your age though, so this could also have to due with the hormonal fluctuations of perimenopause. Talk to your Dr.

My daughter complains of the same thing. As someone else stated, it's probably age/hormone related. It's best to see a gyn so they can prescribe what you need med wise. Meds can regulate you.
