Lots of things benign can go on with the vulva; infected hair follicles, cysts etc. However, there are some very serious conditions that can cause lumps, bumps, growths on the vulva too. "High risk" persistent strains of HPV are linked to precancerous and cancerous changes of the vulva and can appear as white patches and growths. Chances are this is not your problem BUT you need to go to the doc and have things checked out. Self-evaluation is not a good tool when experiencing changes to the genitals. Good luck!

Sometimes you can get an ingrown hair. It is best if you can have your mate or spouse look at the area and see. If it is not that, you might want to make an appointment with your gynecologist.
A while back, my sister in law went to the hospital because she had an inflammed area in her vulva the size of a ping pong ball. She is obsessed why hygiene and had no idea what it was. They told her that most of the time, it is very common to get an area such as that and it will go back down and go away on its own. I guess for you, it depends on how long you have had it and whether or not it is causing you any pain. Good Luck !

If these are a whitish colour as if something white is under the skin, they could be sebaceous cysts. These are harmless and after some time they can burst like a pimple. They are completely harmless but need to be checked by a doctor to verify that diagnoses is correct. They can last for some years.

You probably knew what everyone was going to say.
However you really do have to go and see your doctor or the local GU clinic. Ask for a female doctor or nurse if you must but make that appointment today.

sounds like a couple of cysts, which is just fatty tissue. nothing to worry about and will go on there own, but i do advise you seek out medical advice just to be sure. dont be embarressed. yours wont be the first or the last lady bits they've seen and your health comes before embarresment.

The best answer I can give is to go to the clinic.
It could be anything, cyst, warts, the only way to know for sure is by asking someone who is qualified

It's possible that they are swollen glands. If you do not have any unusual discharge of other symptoms wait couple of weeks to see if they decrease in size. If not, then make a dr. appointment.

They are most likely cysts which are not harmful. To put your mind at rest visit the doctor but they should go away on their own over time. Please still see the doctor though but it's most likely something you wont have to worry about.

do they move about slightly under the skin or are they static? If they move and aren't tender, they are probably nothing to worry about. You should go to a Dr to be sure though or you might make yourself ill worrying!
