I am a girl but i have one flap that is more dangly than the other and it feels like it has something in it. Could it be a testicle?

It shouldn't be a testicle. Your labia can be different sizes to each other and yes they hang and kind of dangle but that is normal. If it feels like it has something in it it could be a cyst. Does it hurt to touch or is there darker reddening near it? You can get a doctor to look at it. Don't worry, doctors see them all the time. Take care.

Well its quite natural that one flap is bigger than other..likewise ur breast one side is bigger than other.. Nothing is there like u doubted...its just u labia nothing else...hey dont get worried according to the latest survey its found that the girl with labia extruded is having sex appeal more than one who havent...But be careful in using pads and panties.. use only cotton panties, if u r using poly cotton or similar it wont make ur labia more itching a makes it darker...Atleast shave you vagina area every month it will keep ur vagina beautiful..

Not really. One is usually bigger than the other but not much. Lumps can be loads of different things. You may just get it with your period, if it stays get it checked..maybe you can check yourself but you'd have to do your own research online.
