What you suffer from is called Vaginal Relaxation. It is a result of the weakening of the supporting structures of the vagina (the muscles). It happens because of childbirth, overuse, age, or any combination of those.
There are exercises called Kegels that you can do to strengthen the muscles within your vagina. There is also a pill that reverses the effects of Vaginal Relaxation. You can search for it on Yahoo. I tried the pill after giving birth to my second child and it worked very well for me.

Well first thing i have to advice is to eat lots of fruits and vegetables...next one is do kegel exercise...Expert advice: use ur three or four fingers put in to ur loose vagina...after u putting ur fingers inside try to pressurise ur fingers by contracting ur vaginal muscles...do it 3-5 times(note: contracting should last atleast for 5 seconds and more as its possible) in a weeks time or so u feel that u vagina becomes tight as it was before...Well its better to have a partner for this...

That is a common problem with many senior females whom i treat. There is way to solve this prob.
Do pelvic exercises regularly for a year.
1. Squat on the floor, insert a small banana/candle inside (wrapped in a clean tissue) and try holding it for 2-3 minutes. Relax and let it go. Repeat for 5 times a day.
2. When you are squatting for taking a p*ee, after going halfway, try holding it in for 1 min. After 1 minute, let it go. Do this everytime you have to p*ee. It will strengthen your vagi*nal muscles and will help you grip the male organ during sexu*al performance.
If the situation does not improve, you can also opt for surgery.
