Women's Health - October 2006

i got my period about 1 week ago, ususlly last 3 days counting the spoting 4. but its been a week alredy, and i still feel discharge, when i go to the bathroom to check it out its like a really pale red more like brown, and when i wipe the tissue is coverd by something like that brown stuff but in a paste consistancy. should i worry? am not taking any kind of birthcontrol, so it cant be that.

Im a 15 year old virgin I have a yeast infection thats what the doctors say so i've been to the doctor a few times for this already and i had about 4 treaments were you use those stupid applicators and 1 treament that you take orally NONE of them have worke completely I guess ? well i had my first vaginal examine about a month ago and the doctor was a female so she could see that it hurt but the pill she gave didnt work so they gave me the stupid applicator again so i was wondering if any women had any suggestions that help clear the yeast infection besides the applicator treaments because im not even sure i put it in the right place every night i have had Monistat 3 day Monistat 7 day some treament for 7 days for vaginitis and then monistat 14 day then 1 dyflucan pill for yeast infection

I can go to bed at 10 o'clock at night and b at work at 6'oclock in the morning and I just feel like im dragging. All I want to do is sleep! I have a two year old that is being neglected because of my tiredness. I need some suggestions ASAP!

i have been on my period for twelve days now ihave been having really weird periods since i had a baby i have been to my gyno the first time it happend and she gave bc pills and i have to take a thyroid pill and all that good stuff my thyroid levels and blood and iron levels are all in the normal range now we are trying to figure out my period im supposed to have a biopsy of my endometrium done but the cant do it until i stop bleeding or whatever yesterday it acted like it was stopping and it was spotting a little bit but i woke up this morning and it was back not heavy or any thing jsut like a light period and it dosent want to go away has anyone had this problem i could use some hope because i am really starting to get annoyed

I have been having problems w/ my husband & now things are okay, the last time we had sex was in February, we are now have almost three times a week for about 3 weeks now. I have this problem though, I tend to bleed after we get done is this normal. I have dropped about 40 pounds and he has done the same thing, I guess we both got depressed. We both look a lot healthier. He is concern about this & so am I, I was never like this, until now. Should I seek professional help.

ive been bleeding for 3 weeks now wat can be wrong?
last month i had my period as normal. 1 week later after having intercourse with hubby i began to bleed almost as though it was my period back 3 weeks on and im still bleeding. i dont use any form of contraceptives. was chatting to my doc on the phone he said it can be any number of things to leave in a urine sample and made me an appointment for next week. im really worried wat could be wrong with me . has anyone any idea

My very lower back litteraly the end of my spine on my bottom I feel this very sharp sensative pain. I get this every so often like maybe every 3-4 months. First I thought it was from sitting at work all day. I know I have very good posture and have been told so and know this is not a posture problem. I then wondered if it was related to my period?? The first day I get it it is most uncomfortable then as time goes by it is mainly painful if the area is touched or I sit directly on it. This is strange and I was curious if it sounds familiary to anyone??

I am sixteen years old and my first period, menarche came really late, at 15 and a half to be exact. anyways that wasnt the problem so the first one came, and then of course it didnt come for 5 months and then it came again and was regular. I got it about 4 times after the first, each coming about 35 days of the previous one. but all of sudden its been 46 days and stll no sign. Last time i got it was august 30, 2006 (ended 7 days later on September 6). whats wrong with me? and PLEAE DONT TELl me im pregnant, that's impossible im a virgin and i have never had a boyfriend!!!!

My boyfriend of one year recently bought his own house (we were gonna get one together but he had an argument with my daughter and said he couldnt live with her) he has kids of his own, and his ex wife keeps placing demands/blackmailing him with their children...for instance if he turns up late for them or cant take them for whatever reason she stops him from seeing them for weeks. His last relationship ended because of this, if he turns up 5 mins late for them she wont let him take them.......they are aged 9 and 11. We recently took my kids and his on holiday and when we got back she stopped him from seeing them for 7 weeks because he sent some washing home....she lives with another guy and has a comfortable lifestyle and goes abroad twice a year.....p.s he has never missed a maintenance payment and would never stop their money. If he steps one foot out of line she makes it hard for him to see the kids. any ideas? He doesnt want to go down the court route. Help!!

Im 34 yrs old and about a week or so before my menstrual my boobs get really sore even to touch. Could this be a sign to pre-menapause?? if not am I too young for a breast examination??
