Have you been on any anti-biotics lately? This could be the cause of thrush.

If you wear tights they can keep everything moist in there and thrush will develop ~ also tight trousers/jeans with bring thrush on. Use a non scented soap or soap free bar and/or female cleansing products, try and keep yourself from wearing tightly fitted clothes. Canesten Oral is the best thing for it sweetie.

Possibly your trousers or knickers are too tight. Or are you washing yourself with harsh products? Thrush is a fungal infection, cutting down on bread and alcohol might help too. Eating too many sugary foods is meant to make it worse.

You can get thrush if you are run down and by using too many scented products. Try using natural yoghurt down there. If this carries on go and see your doctor.

Thrush doesn't have anything to do with sex. It can be caused by lots of things - wearing tight jeans, non-cotton undies, taking antibiotics, douching, diet. A whole lot of stuff.

Do you use bleeched toilet paper? that can cause thrush because the chemicals in the bleech on the paper react with your skin, maybe change your toilet paper to something more gental on your skin if you do use a bleeched one.

Hormones. I have that prob too and it gets worse around the monthly time! See doc. Cutting down on food with yeast and esp. sugar will help.

washing you're hair in the bath and bubble bath can cause it.good luck!
