My very lower back litteraly the end of my spine on my bottom I feel this very sharp sensative pain. I get this every so often like maybe every 3-4 months. First I thought it was from sitting at work all day. I know I have very good posture and have been told so and know this is not a posture problem. I then wondered if it was related to my period?? The first day I get it it is most uncomfortable then as time goes by it is mainly painful if the area is touched or I sit directly on it. This is strange and I was curious if it sounds familiary to anyone??

Lightly tap on your lower back and see if it hurts when you do it. If so you possiably have a kidney infection this sounds exactly like the symptons I had and the doc tapped on my back and it hurt and low and behold it was a kidney infection.
