It's possible to get pregnant within a few days of stopping it, although that's no guarantee that you will. Every woman is different and you might get pregnant sooner or later than another woman would. Remember that missing even one or two pills while you are taking them will increase your chance of pregnancy, so you may be fertile very soon after stopping. The pill does NOT cause fertility problems, although it can cover up problems that already existed. Be sure to use some other form of contraception as soon as you stop taking the pill if you don't want to become pregnant.

As you know, birth control pills are not 100%. You can get pregnant while on the pill. Be careful.

After going off the pill you should wait about 3 months before you start trying to conceive. In the meantime, use some other form of contraception like condoms. Also, you should start taking a prenatal vitamin and speak to your gynecologist.
