OK, basically i was sick from drinking to much then i had sex the next day, but i also worried because i have been having alot of lower back pain and pain down my legs ! i am on anitbiotics for urine infection, but i dont no if i should be worried if i am pregnacent ??

Birth control pills are not 100% effective, unfortunately.
Furthermore, some antibiotics can decrease how effective they are (ask your doctor about the ones you are taking).
Not only that, if you were sick and threw up the pills, they didn't get into your system.
If you miss taking your pills, you also increase your risk of getting pregnant.
Bottom line: you had sex - therefore, you might be pregnant.
Wait a couple of weeks, see if you miss your period, and take a home pregnancy test.
Your pain symptoms are not typical with pregnancy and is likely due to something else...
