I usually take my birth control pill at 7 o'clock but every now and then I forget and take it an hour, sometimes 3 hours later. Will I still be protected for the rest of that day or even the next day?

My periods have never been normal. I had my first period when I was just 10 years old and then I never got it again until I was 14 and then I would get it and it would skip 2 months and then I'd get it again. Now at 26, I might be regular for 3 months straight and then I won't get it for 4 months and then get it and with a lot of clots and then get it for 6 months on time, every time, but again there are a lot of clots. What is causing this?

I've had an IUD for about 4 months and recently I feel a tingling sensation and sometimes pain inside my vagina. Is that from the IUD and is something wrong with it? I'm thinking of taking it out.

I am supposed to get my period a week from today. For the last couple of days I have been experiencing nausea and light headedness that comes and goes. And a vague cramping sensation. I have endometriosis and get bad cramping with my period, but not like this. I had a miscarriage 2 months ago, and never even knew I was pregnant till it happened. So now I am nervous and want to take any precautions necessary in case I am now.

but not using my ankle.
i have an injured ankle and am trying to find lots of exercises, sports, games etc. without the use of my ankle in any way.

(P.S. i can walk fine on it and walk a mile everyday home from summer school, and swimming is fine,but i can't run)

I've been on the pill for 2 1/2 years now (mainly because my periods were really irregular.) And up until about a year ago, I just stopped having an actual period. The week I'm supposed to have it, it will just be "spotting" (brown stuff) for a few days and that's it. I went to the OBGYN a few months ago and he didn't really say anything was wrong but it's been a YEAR! What's going on?!

I've always had regular periods, a 28 day cycle, that last at the longest 3 1/2 days. July and August they have come 2 days early each time, beginning with brown discharge, which I never had and LOTS of clotting/tissue. What does this mean? I thought I was pregnant, but that was a flop (neg tests), so what's wrong with me? I've also been having terrible cramps, dizziness, headaches, and nausea with both of them as well. I don't don't have STD's or a yeast infection either. Any idea what it is?

I used to have a huge space between my 2 front teeth and I had braces for a few years that fixed the gap. But now the gap is coming back (while moving around a lot I misplaced my retainer then found it but it doesn't fit anymore). So now I have a gap coming back and my teeth aren't the whitest and one tooth is still crooked (my mom couldn't afford all the dental work when I was a teenager). I don't have a lot of money but I really want nice teeth.

And the second thing I hate on my body is how thick my leg hair is...when I shave you can still see the hair. It looks really bad when I wear shorts so I never do so my skin is really pale which makes my legs look worse. Is the a way to make my leg hair less thick and noticable.
Any advice is helpful.

I had my first pap-smear today. I didnt know what to expect. I was raised by my dad and my sister is an idiot. I had a good idea what happens, but at the end of the exam the doctor used his fingers. I felt so violated. Is that what Im suppost to expect the next time I go to get one?
