Sounds like reflux. I'm going through the same thing. I never throw up just get nauseated every night aroung 8 pm. My doc gave me prevacid to try . It helps but I still have the feeling about twice a week. I have an appointment in the am for a follow up. Reflux can happen any time of day.I didn't know that until my doc told me.Do you get a bitter taste in the back of your throat? Maybe you need to see your doc.

Go to your doctor and tell him you want your blood checked!
A few weeks ago I went to my doctor because I had a bad stomach ache that wouldn't go away. He said I had the stomach flu and lab tests weren't necessary, they'd pretty much be a waste of time & money, (I hadn't suggested any lab work but now I know if you just aren't feeling right & you know something is off insist that your doctor is thourough and isn't just guessing at your diagnosis). A few days after I'd seen my doctor I was in a lot of pain so I went to the emergency room, well, a few hours later i was having emergency surgery because my appendix had burst. I had been walking around for four days with a serious infection that could have become life threatening. Do not let the doctor talk you out of tests, you could have an etopic pregnancy, appendicitis, toxic shock syndrome.. not to scare you but I have been doing research on appendicitis for my own info and I've heard and have read a lot of stories about many different causes of abdominal pain, you really need to see someone. I hope it's just a harmless virus but get a thourough checkup just in case
