Before I start, let me say that I am going to the doctor tomorrow. But I need to know how much to freak now.

I experienced what I thought were symptoms of a yeast infection. I've had several and know what it feels like. I waited a few days to see if it would clear up but it didn't. So last night I finally resorted to Monistat.

In addition to the itching and burning, I had sharp internal pains every once in awhile. It was most uncomfortable right after wiping.

This morning, I felt 100% worse. I felt like I was having cramps, but I just had my period two weeks ago. Tonight, I went to pee and wiped carefully. There was no discharge or smell. A few minutes later, I felt a sudden wetness between my legs and experienced a watery, bloody "leak."

I used a pad and it showed blood immediately. I looked in a mirror and have what looks like large blood filled patches in the opening of my vagina. They're almost black and HURT a lot.

WHAT IS THIS???
And should I continue with the Monistat?

no stds here but my periods last for real long... im not talkin days im talkin weeks... or months even... been to the doctors like 1 million times now and they cant seem to find a cause for this... i wont see them for like 5 months but when they decide to appear they wont stop. i am very anaemic i have gotten so much blood soo many times i feel like i am wasting it. they say my blood doesnt clot in time (hemphilia) i was put on birth control to regulate my hormones but i build a tollerance to it in a month so thats no good... i need help im tired of being in the hospital.

I never had like that before as it weird things.. everytime i get sore tummy been like almost half years as always go to the doctor as the doctor dont get it as he think it might be have comspitation but i dont think so! it really pain full sometimes i get feel weird, nausean! the pain feel like cramp, pinch, feel like someone going to punch me! what could be this mean?? i always go to the doctor to find out as it nothing wrong!! also been xray lots of things all nothing wrong!! so has anyone tell me what it wrong??

Besides having the flu bug for the last 4 weeks, that I feel I am at the end of now. I still cough at night but, Mucinex seems to do pretty good.

Now besides all that I have had dizzy spells or and light headedness...Both really. I hope I wrote that right.
Anyway I was woundering since I have come close to passing out or blacking out... Is this something I should be concerned about?or could it be I just don't eat right.
My friend says I don't eat enough but, I am always full when I do.

I do drink alot of fluids more than eating. I drink water and 100% fruit juices I don't care much for cokes or pops. I am 44 yrs old, 5'8" if that matters.
I really needs some help here because it is concerning me.
I am not one to go to the hospital ever.

I thank all of you for your help ahead of time. Oh yeah I don't drink alcohol or do drugs. Been going through menopause since 1998

Is this something I should be concerned about? If so any ideals on what might be causeing this. TY
