Any discharge other than reddish or slightly dull red is an abnormality. Infections generally give out this kind of brownish, whitish (like curd), blackish discharges. If you do not wish to visit doctor, at least take:
Kanya Lohadi Vati 2 Tabs twice a day and Ashokarishtam 20 ml with equal water twice a day, both after food. At your risk, this suggestion not to replace any medical advise.

Is it possible that you could be pregnant? Or you might have an infection? Are you on birth control? All of the above could be causing it. Some women have pms symptoms up to a week before their period starts. So that could be it. I hope everything's okay!

The best thing to do is see a gynecologist just in case it is something serious. It could be normal for you because everyone is different. I know when I got a pap smear the doctor saw a discharge and said it could be normal for me but check it anyways and it was nothing. Hope this helped

you can try a medicated douche or a vinegar and water douche to clear up the discharge as for the cramps women do get cramps sometimes 2 weeks before their period. if that doesn't work see a doctor

I have the same problem. I am 30 and married for ten years with 2 kids. My obgyn told me my cervix was irritated and to try a different sex position with my hubby. (Try being on top and see if it still happens.) Of course if it really concerns you-go to the doctor. Hope this helped:)

Time to visit your doctor/OBGYN.

Keep listing stuff like you have here. Also think about these questions and write them down for your visit with the OBGYN:

Amenorrhoea could be the problem: * Have you been excessively exercising. Women get amenorrhoea ... Are you under tons of stress? Have you lost tons of weight?

Anyways, read the wikipedia link to this ... educate yourself, get a list of stuff you believe to be wrong with your body, and then share your body symptoms with your OBGYN!!!

I am 37 and have the same thing. I have seen a doctor about it and there is nothing wrong with me. Just keep inmind that every one is diferent, if it worries you go see a doctor.
