You probably aren't getting enough exercise. You have to get at least 4 hours of exercise every week, more if you want to lose weight. try going for a fast walk every evening for at least a half hour. not only will it burn calories, but it will put you in a better, more relaxed mood.

It doesn't matter what you eat...if you take in more calories than you put out (through your lifestyle and exercise) you will gain weight. Hormonal changes from ageing and different medications can also cause weight gain. But the bottom line is: either take in fewer calories or start putting out more. That's the only way to lose weight. There's no magic remedy...eat less or exercise more, or both!

It's actually said that we should eat a moderate meal every 4 hours throughout the day, and also exercise (cardio).
