It doesn't, but it has been said that it's bad for you. In fact most doctors highly encourage not doing it these days. Your body makes certain things down there for certain reasons to protect yourself. By getting rid of it you cause a higher risk of problems.
Just clean really good everyday, skip the "douche"

It dosen't...That is just a made up myth that if you douche after sex then you will flush out the sperm but it will only push it furth up in a woman

Beleive me it doesnt,by the time you have douched the sperm is already in your uterus where water from a douche cannot get
