lately i've been having a lot of trouble getting to sleep, staying asleep, and waking up in the morning. i've been falling behind in school, i can't focus and i'm tired all the time so i keep falling asleep, and i'm often late because it's so hard to get up in the morning. i've tried a lot of different things to try to sleep more, like setting a schedule, going to bed at the same time each night, excercising and nutrition, and even some medicine, but nothing's worked so far, and i still vary from 3-6 hours of sleep. a night. should i talk to my doctor? this has been going on since around august.
