For the first 16 years of my life I was unable to retract my foreskin, but after some stretching exercises I was finally able to do so, but found that the meatus of the penis was very red and somewhat painful to the touch. I saw several doctors and finally had it biopsied (OUCH!), but the only thing they could tell me was that it's not really anything serious and they classified it as nonspecific inflammation.

While I'm not really worried about it, it's still kind of a nuisance, especially given all of the creams I've tried (hydrocortisone, bacitracin, neosporin, etc.). Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this might be or how I could get it to go away? Any input is appreciated.

Him:
-24yrs old
-history of depression
-limited dating experience
-never had an erection long enough to penetrate a partner for sex
-uncomfortable talking about problem with doctors

Her:
-23 yrs old
-limited dating experience
-unusually small vaginal opening due to large hymen coverage
-anxious about possible pain/discomfort during sex

Great relationship, friends for 5 years, dating for 7 months, talking about marriage, satisfying sex life (manual, oral, toys etc) but we still can't have intercourse! We might want kids someday!

Last question I made, I got mixed reviews of masturbation being a good or bad thing.

I've been seeing this guy for a month or so, and we fool around. He gets erections regularly during foreplay, but loses his erection 10-20 seconds after penetration. However, when I give him head he is able to maintain the erection and ejaculate. He seems to always be making excuses when it comes to actual sex (it's cold, drank too much, etc.) but has no problem with any other kind of "action".
