Tell him there are lots of differences between any two people, and that you like it the way it is. It's painful to get it done (you probably didn't have to worry about erections pulling on the stitches at 12), and it is permanent -- no going back. Make him feel good about himself as he is -- he sounds in need of lots of loving reassurance.

No, he shouldn't feel bad around you but if he does still want to get cut, I'd say do the research on the net. Get him to wear his skin back for a few days straight, even a few weeks. If he thinks he like it, well, then I guess it's his choice. Were you happier after you were cut? Well maybe yes i guess because you had some sort of problem with willy. Lots of good stuff on the net, some say go and do it, others say no way, to much loss

He shouldn't feel awkward around you. I'm sure you two understand that everyone's body is different. I mean, you're used to him being uncircumcised and he's used to you being circumcised. Tell him he's fine if there's no medical reason. Without medical reason he's risking quite a bit and leaving almost no room for improvement, if any. You on the other hand had it done most likely because you needed it done.
