It has been a whole day and I am 2 embarased to tell my mum, or anybody else, exept the legendary yahoo answers. Is there a possible cure, or a way of stopping swelling. sum kind of homemade recipie?

Take a couple of ice cubes and wrap them in a paper towel. Tuck them in your crack as close to your anus as possible. Not in your anus. You may need to use a pad or more paper towels to catch the drips. Before the day is over, the swelling, and any pain, will be greatly reduced.
P.S. Get yourself one of those eyebrow/bikini line shavers. They kind of look like a pen with a very fine toothed comb where the blade is. They sell them near the razors in most stores for around $5. They do a great job without the pain or swelling.

you poor guy. take some laxative so the poo can run out between the crack.This is important as seperating the cheeks may cause more inflamation. ( this happend to me once). You need to get a soft toilet roll or use just water. stay away from body scrubs and anal sex (duh). Go to the the doc asap

take a real hot bath and then put some ice in a ziplock bag and sit on it, that should make it go down.
