If you're unhappy with the way your penis looks... a pump is the last thing you would want. From what I understand they are very damaging and lead to a deformed penis.
Pumps work because they rupturing cells which causes swelling. It's not actually making you bigger.

What a penis pump does is simply deform your penis by stretching it. Some say it does increase the penis size but not much and the erection would no longer be that hard since it is stretched out. It is like pulling your earlobe until it sags downward.

If you have certain types of ED they can help, only if used correctly. If your doctor prescribes one they should show you how it is used correctly. You can easily damage yourself if used wrong.
It is most effective for people with nerve damage that does not allow them to become tumescent with normal stimuli.
They do not make your penis any longer or fatter than it gets when it natural gets hard.

I am assuming that you're penis has been enlarged at some point or you would not notice the difference.

They do more harm than good.
They stretch your penis, and sometimes break blood vessels, which can sometimes result in not being able to have erections.
I asked my doctor that same question.

Don't worry about the shriveled prune look. Lotsa girls these days are vegetarians.
