I know for the fact that some people when once fat, and after they'd gone dieting and exercising they are left with some memorabilia. Now the the thing that surrounds my nipple is bloated [not the actual nipples (the ones with the same color as your nipples)]. It seems that even the surroundings of my nipples are like protruding. I know that they came from me being fat in the past. How do I somehow reduce them to being just flat? Need help on this.

I have always been fascinated by the idea of older bros seeing their younger siblings grow taller (and perhaps stronger) than them – does this happen often in fact or does the older bro usually stay taller?
