I know for the fact that some people when once fat, and after they'd gone dieting and exercising they are left with some memorabilia. Now the the thing that surrounds my nipple is bloated [not the actual nipples (the ones with the same color as your nipples)]. It seems that even the surroundings of my nipples are like protruding. I know that they came from me being fat in the past. How do I somehow reduce them to being just flat? Need help on this.

Start doing bench presses and work out the pecks. I would guess that if you did this, a couple things could happen. If the fat below your breasts does not start to dissapate and it appears the muscle is just growing underneath it and making it worse, you might need to see a plastic surgeon to correct it. I would imagine you might want to see one anyways to cut off that excess skin elsewhere. I have a friend who went through stomach stapling, so that's an option he's looking at as well.

If the muscle starts eating the fat and you don't notice it getting worse, then you're home free. I think breast tissue though is much different than let's say the extra fat on your stomach. Kind of like when girls lose a lot of weight, their breasts can get smaller, but they can never go away.

They say if you lose a significant amount of weight that it may take a year for the elasticity in your skin to snap back into place. Has it been a year? Plastic surgery is definately an option. Most people worry about scarring and that's what keeps them from getting it or being displeased with the result of it. In your case it wouldn't be such a bad thing since it's just your nipple and scarring in that area is pretty easy to hide.

Also (I don't know if its a proceedure that would work for the areola but I'm no expert and it's worth some looking into since it doesn't require surgery) you might want to look into mesotherapy. It's a proceedure that shrinks the fat cells giving the skin a muscular look.

Try exercising that area or plastic surgery!

Plastic surgery is your only option. Other than living with it, of course.

COSMETIC PLASTIC SURGERY IS THE ONLY SOLUTION WHERE THE SKIN AROUND THE NIPPLE CAN BE RESHAPED.
