I don't know about that I luff Mountain Dew.
In fact Most People from the Lumbee tribe drinks Mountain dew including men and so i don't think it does

i heard that too...... someone told me that YELLOW 5 (which is an ingredient in mountain dew) does the job..........

that's just what i heard.......
