Men's Health - April 2007

I am 16 male, turning 17 in 2 weeks, I am 5'9'' and am wondering if there is anyway without doctor you can tell if your body is still growing/developing.

As in any signs i can denote with the legs or shape of the body, because I am worried if I stopped or stunt my growth. since I haven't grown much since 5 months.

well im only 16 and i have a beard but not tooo thick like a fully grown man and i have something else i fell embaressed but ill give it a try should i also shave my(u know the hair thats above my thing) i was just wandering or should i wait

My boyfriend is impotent, but unless he has an operation to remove his tubes and have an implant, he can only get half an erection. Consequently we have no physical contact in any sexual form, which is frustrating for me. I have offered to have sex with another woman in front of him, to masterbate in front of him, offered to do anything for him, but he says that he feels nothing and he he doesn't want us to be physical as it is not fair for me to get aroused and then not be satisfied. He has some porn movies, which I am happy to watch with him, but he says he doesn't use them anymore and only did when he was single. I am desparate to understand what he is feeling, whether he does get aroused, to find out what I can do for him. Obviously it is a subject which hurts and frustrates us both and although ulitmately for us to sort out I would like some input from other men who have this problem. I think he is worth hanging onto.

I think im goin to be pretty tall. my hands are huge. i can grip a ball easily. im 5'8''. im taller then almost everybody in the 7nth grade. my dad is 5'7'' and my mom is 5'4''. i also have big feet. i wear size 11. i just turned 13 and i wanna know tall i will be. my bros and sisters are tall to.

Hello, I've recently read up on a condition referred to as phimosis where the foreskin is too tight to retract, and believe I have that problem. I am 15 years old and cannot retract my foreskin all the way, however I can pull it slightly when I have an errection to reveal a small amout of the glans penis. My question; Is circumcision my only option, or will this simply fix itself by the time i reach 18, or are there any stretches I can try, and if so, how do I do them?

My fiancee has really thick facial hairs but it was never a problem until recently. Over the last couple of months every time he shaves he gets tons of ingrown hairs and it looks almost like pimples. Before he'd have a couple but now it's all over. Does anyone know what could be causing it or what he can do to stop it from happening?

My son is 2 years old and has had 2 penis infections(not due to poor hygine).The first one was very bad and his penis turned an ugley deep purple.Our docter suggested that my husband and I get him circumcised.I don't think circumcision is right to do to a child or a man for that matter,but I'm not sure how I feel about getting my son done for medical reasons?
Some other peoples veiws on this might help me to make up my mind.My husband said to get it done as from a males point of veiw it would be horrible for a male to go through life having penis infections. Also our son is in pain when he has an infection there and it's not always nice to look at..

A.Should i be nervous? B. On a scale of 1-10, how badly does it hurt? C. Is circumcision like any other surgery like breat implants or like getting your teeth removed? im also 15 and am doing it for culture reasons. i think it looks better too.


please answer if you have any personal experience, and no "dont do it!" crap, i live in Texas so everyone is practically circumcicesd


P.S. My parents came here from Poland, and most Polish people arent circumcised, so ill be the first from my family :]
