Read vein on penis first.
The vein is noticable too. Not a very buldging vein, but it's noticable, is this normal?

It looks like that when flaccid and erect, but most of my veins are in my body. And if it helps, I'm skinny too... some people think I'm anorexic.

Very normal.All men have veins in their penis...that is how blood flows to the penis when you're aroused..and i have been told some women love this..they love to feel you in your aroused state. Consider yourself lucky and remember that the 'sexiest' part of a male is in the head on your shoulders and not not the one in between your legs. Sexy is a state of mind. 'Think Sexy..Be Sexy'

USUALLY big veins on the penis indicate that you have or may/will have a larger than average penis. These veins are what make your penis erect during arousal and correspond to the size of your penis. I had the same thing happen when I was 13 and ended up with 9 inches, truthfully, that I have now by the time I was your age. If I were you I would feel lucky.

Nothing to worry about veins are just closer to your surface skin, and sometimes they are larger and poke out for that reason but with larger veins you may have harder erections than some. Not to mention some of the ladies like it becuase then it is not so smooth and they can actually feel the penis!!

it is normal to see the viens in your penis. they are just closer to the skins surface. Kind of like being able to see the viens in your forarm.
