Sorry... but no. The only known way to increase the body's length in adulthood is to have a special operation. It involves having the large bones of the thigh (femurs) cut. Plates, and screws are attached to the bones and out of the skin to braces. The bone is cut and a small gap is left between the top and bottom portions. As the bone heals (like a break) bone matter fills the gap. When the gap begins to fill, the braces are adjusted to make the gap a little larger. The process can take many months. The procedure is painful, dangerous, and only done for people suffering from growth defects like dwarfism.
