This summer I really want to build up a good tan. But the problem is that I dont live near a beach. Would it be wierd for me to lay out on my back pourch and tan? Or should I just go to an indoor tanning place?

From now and through the summer I want to get into exercise. I've already changed my diet majorly and have lost quit a bit of weight. So im thinking that if I step up the exercise to it will help. Right now im around 230 and I would like to get down to at least 180. Do u think if I walk for 15 minutes then run for 30 and then walk for 15 more I can lose that weight? Im giving myself about 4 months to accomplish this. Think it will work?

When im with my girlfriend at her house we stay at her room and her sister is around the house.. so we start to make out and all that i get an erection but then we get interrupted by her sister and we have to stop. Ok im 14 male and i think i have a tight foreskin. i can fully retract it when its soft, but when its hard the foreskin only gets about half to about 3/4 down the head, so it doesnt completley show the head of it. it doesnt hurt to masterbate or pull back, i was just wondering what could be done about this? can i stretch it myself, or can i get some sort of cream 2 help? or will it loosen up with age? i dont really like the idea of getting circumsized, and its not something i wanna rush out and tell my parents (ew that would be embarrassing). i know you might say dont worry about it, but me and my gf are starting to move past the "kissing" stage and onto more things (not actual sex though)

Could someone tell me if combining all types of exercises (Biceps, chest, shoulders, back...) in a day's workout is good? Is it ok if I do only a specific exercise per day like first day biceps, second day chest, next day shoulders etc...
