Here is an exercise that seems to be really effective for me:

Lay on the ground and keep your legs in the air, making a 45 degree angle. Now lift your shoulder blades off the ground and keep them there. Donnot let them touch the ground. When you are in this position, more tension will be focused on your abs when you do the following exercise: start crunching a little bit without your shoulder blades or legs touching the ground but keep one hand behind your head and the other on your stomach. rotate your hands quickly after each "crunch". i hope this helps ;)

I got my six pack by doing months of cardio and specifically ab excercises. There are a few things you should know/remember.

1. You need to get your body fat percentage below about 7% in order to see great results.

2. You need to get a wide variety of ab excercises everyday for at least 6 days a week.

3. You need to have a low calorie diet so that you can get rid of some excess body fat you may have hanging around.

4. If your abs aren't sore at the end of your workout...you didn't work hard enough.

If you want email me and I can give you the ab workout I made and used to get my 6 pack.
