ADVANTAGES OF BEING INTACT:
--Circumcision cuts WAY down on sexual enjoyment for the man due to loss of nerve-rich foreskin. A new study proves conclusively, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that circumcision decreases sensitivity for the man.http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2006.06685.x
--Getting cut causes the glans (head) to develop a keratinized layer to protect from rubbing on clothing, further cutting sensation. Many cut men are unable to ejaculate during intercourse and have to finish by hand. Intact men can go all the way.
--nine out of ten women who have had both prefer intact penises: http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html That's really pretty definitive.
--foreskin makes masturbation more fun - and better for your partner to play with.
--Circumcision hurts when it's done, even if you were too young to remember it. Babies often go into shock, and sometimes their hearts stop.
--a cut penis looks kind of sad with that scar where the foreskin belongs. Uncut is much hotter looking.
--Circumcision has a slight chance of complications. Each year a few baby boys have to have their entire penises amputated and undergo surgery to make them into fake girls. And a few die.

ADVANTAGES OF BEING CUT: Circumcision has no advantages that are not fictional or only relevant in a few areas
--You can be just as clean if you are uncircumcised. Wash. It's THAT simple. Even if you're cut, you still need to wash.
-- If you're sleeping around, you need to use condoms regardless or you will get diseases.
--Some studies have shown a lower rate of cancer of the penis in cut guys, but this cancer is so rare that it's hard to get a good statistical sample. More boys/men die each year from botched circumcisions than from cancer of the penis.
--Recent reports from Africa say that circumcision reduces the risk of AIDS from unprotected hetrosexual activity; others show the opposite. This has little relevance to areas of the world where condoms are cheap, readily available, and culturally acceptable. The US has the highest circumcision rate in the developed world and also the highest AIDS rate in that group. http://www.circinfo.org/hiv.html

There are a couple of medically necessary reasons for circumcision. Of these, extreme phimosis (a condition where the foreskin is so tight erections are painful and urination is difficult), frequent and recurrent infections/irritations are the top reasons. Such medical necessaries are rare though. About 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised, and the vast majority (~95%) have no problems involving their foreskins.

There are several advantages of being uncircumcised. One is that the penis is more sensitive. Circumcision removes a lot of nerve endings in the foreskin, and without a foreskin the glans (penis head) becomes a little less sensitive over time (see link 1). Also, circumcision can decrease the sexual satisfaction and pleasure of not only the man, but the woman partner as well (see links 2 and 3).

A major argument for circumcision is better hygiene. Yes, the foreskin does require some care, but it's very easy to clean and keep clean if one knows what to do (see link 4). Cleanliness of the foreskin is also key to preventing many future problems, and can help decrease the contraction rate of some STDs.

Recently, some research has shown that circumcision decreases the rate of contracting HIV. Less publicized is the research indicating that proper and prompt genital hygiene essentially negates this benefit of circumcision (see link 5), so the difference between uncircumcised and circumcised men in regards to contracting HIV is insignificant. Again, hygiene is very important. Also, the cause-effect relationship between circumcision and HIV isn't known, and the whole study itself is still a subject of intense debate (see links 6 and 7). So one should hesitate before deciding to circumcise based on this research. What is clear is this, good hygiene + safe sex >>> circumcision.

In summary, as long as one's foreskin is working properly, he maintains good hygiene, and practices safe sex, it's definitely more advantageous to be uncircumcised. See the last two links for further discussion on this matter.

Major ones? No.

Minor? sure.

Pro's to circumcision:
- Women seem to prefer to give oral. Doesn't necessarily mean uncut guys don't get it, just women who've been with both more often express a preferance for circed for oral. Some women say the opposite, (they can do more and enjoy the greater sensitivity of uncut) but whatever.
- some evidence that they are less likely to pick up HIV when having unprotected sex. Which you shouldn't be doing, but there it is.
- some people feel it reduces premature ejaculation.
- 'easier to clean'. Well, cleaning uncuts feels pretty good frankly, this probably is more of an issue when you're over 80 and in a home, or perhaps living in a desert or swamp.
- some women claim they get more sensation during intercourse because with an uncut, the guy is moving in and out of his foreskin, with cut, they feel the head's movement better.

Cons:
- harder to masturbate without lubricant, and certainly less pleasurable to masturbate without lube
- some men complain that there is a major sensitivity loss. Others say its minor, others say they actually feel more during sex.
- some women find the 'glide' motion described above to be better, smoother, less need for lubricant, etc.
