as most guys i have un answered question bout my pvt parts...
I’ve read in an article tht strengthening ur PC muscle could help u last longer than the usual 3 minute time tht guys have before ejaculating...
Now one of the exercises were to try my best (while peeing) to stop and then let go as much as i can till i finish my business...

now i have doubts about that.. is it healthy! would it cause problems while getting older!

Ok. Typical story. I was in sports in high school and collage and did regular work outs. Never paid any attention to what I was doing and why because someone always set up the workout for me. Now 11 years later I am fat and out of shape. I am working on the fat part. My legs have always and still are muscular and way out of proportion to my upper body. Even during the "good old days" I had a very hard time building mass in anything above my abs. What is a good approach to lifting weights for upper body, back, and arm toning? I am not really trying to build mass but define the muscle that is there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am a 33 year old male. 6ft & 275lbs. I have a very large build so my ideal weight is around 200lbs not the 185lbs that you will find on most charts. I have started a diet. I am a little confused about what I am trying to avoid to get the best results from my diet. Calories, Calories from fat, carbs….. ? I have for the last week been looking only at the total calories in food and limiting my caloric intake to 800 to 1000 a day. Plus drinking massive amounts of water. I have lost 12 pounds. I do not know if it is ok to eat apples, bananas, oranges and such. I keep getting different answers. What I really need is to sit down with a nutritional consultant but there are not any in my area. Does anyone have any advice or know of a nutritional consultant that can contacted by phone? A web site? I am willing to pay for a service of this kind.
