are there any more excercises apart from sit ups that really concentrate on my abs your help please

Leg raises, crunches.. cutting back on empty calories and increasing your cardio will burn the fat around your stomach and your abs will come out.. Six packs are basically created not just by abdominal exercises,but diet plays a major role. Not necessary to do the exercises daily.. Every other day is great.. Well if you dont have a layer of fat against your stomach I seriously recommend the AB BOOT CAMP. You see results within a month!You do it at least three times a week. I tell you what crunches alone arent gonna cut it!!!

And if thats too hard there are other abdominal workouts on the page.

This is a boot camp a lot of body builders and models use when they need their 6pack to be in as good as shape as they are.. I;ve done it and seen what I wanted

there are so many also diet and jog will help but try this when you get there type in ab exercises
