I am fifteen I am in high school I play football and wrestle how do i get bigger without weights at home?

Involve your furniture for extra resistance (decline push-ups, combine dips and leg raises between chairs, full body push ups with your legs up against the wall) use a towel to create a Resistance around your head for neck muscles, or when carrying your books do bicep curls etc. there is always a way to create Resistance just need to be creative.

well the best way to achive this is take part in gym sports, out door sports, like hockey, soccer, football, baseball, and tennis, even golf.
and do a bit of jogging, alot of pushups, situps, and streching.
im a girl but thats how i stay in shape, im tiny but healthy. and i also find that its a huge stress relifer too.
eat properly to, thats a must if you want to stay fit, like high protien, and carbs, and fiber.

Dips, pushups, pullups.. crunches for your stomach as well as leg raises.
