Semen is calle that because it suddenly comes out at the point of orgasm. Sperm cells are the little tadpole guys that swim up the vagina and through the cervix and then try to fertilize the egg. They only make up 2 to 5 percent of semen, so if anyone talks about how their sperm looks, they are full of it-- you can't see them without a powerful microscope.
