Your body start loosing fat after 20 minutes of consequent exercise. The first 20 minutes, you only lose sugar. So you should do fast walking, or running, for at least 30 minutes without stopping, at your pace, and this every days. You will first lose on your face, then on your upper body then on your gut and legs. Don´t overdo when you start, just take it easy and make sure you don´t get bored of doing it. Look at it as a new lifestyle.

Exercise!
By just doing crunches, or any abdominal exercise for that matter, will not give you that washboard look you may be seeking. It will however strengthen your mid-section. But how will anyone see those stomach muscles if you don't burn off the fat in front.
By the way, a good rule of thumb to follow is this. If you are attempting to showcase those sleek abs, doing a ton of core/ab work may not be in your best interest. Sometimes, all you need is just to boost your cardio to really bring out those results.

Also when performing an abdominal exercise keep your chin up towards the ceiling or at the very least look straight ahead. This simple strategy will keep your back straight and minimize any type of back pressure and/or discomfort that you may be feeling. When you come up from the floor, imagine pressing your belly button down towards the floor and exhale. You are looking for a tummy that is flat when you reach the top of your crunch, nothing else. With a little practice and patience you will achieve this and then really feel those abs contract and tighten.

And last but not least dont forget to eat healthy!! Salads, fruits, and vegetables.. Good Luck!

this is going 2 b harsh.
but u need 2
give up alcohol
cut down on meat & eat more veggies.
no chips do not count as 1 of the 5 portions of veg a day.
cut chips out of ur diet entirely, eat no more fried food.
grill or bake more of ur meals using the barest of fats/oils.
at this stage, it's pointless suggesting swimming if ur self-conscious about ur body, but that's ur aim.
4 now try sit-ups, walking more, even if there're lifts & find a sport that u know u'll stick at.
more links, that may help below.
u can do this.
good luck.
although i must admit i'm assuming
ur at the 8 months pregnant gut, not just a bit podgy.
so if u can happily try swimming, i apologise.
assumption 1 of biggest of human failings.

Start with a colon cleaning. Products are found in the health food store or on line. John Wayne had 44 lbs of crud stuck to the walls of his colon when he died. Then start doing sit ups.

Go to any ghetto and yell NI**ER, and they will run the gut off you if they don't cut it off first.

It's just a joke, don't get pissed or anything.

good tips:
1) eat more protein foods they fill you up for longer so you will eat less e.g baked beans and eggs
2) eat low fat dairy foods eg. milk, low fat cheese n yoghurt. The fat attaches to the calcium so it isn't absorbed into your body
3) Join a gym with a friend, it will motivate you to go more
