If a "semi"-healthy male who DOES NOT work out or go at the gym decides to take Creatine and other whey supplements (usually associated with buildy building and mass/muscle growth), what can be the side effects?

Is taking Creatine and other similar supplements dangerous for a male who doesn't work out?

My penis is very annoying im always fiddling with it because it feels small but it isnt small because when its on stiff its same size as my mates so its just on flacid that its small (it gets me down as when i play sports it shrinks an when it shrinks its so uncomfartable im always fiddling in the middle of a game) could someone please tell me what is wrong or what could i do? Ive been having sex with my girlfriend for quite a while and the only contraception we use is a condom but in college recently I had a sexual health awareness talk and the woman who gave the talk said condoms are not a good choice of contraception if you want to avoid pregnancy? I know wearing a condom also stops you from getting STD's but I thought they were used to stop pregnancy aswell?
