Hi im wondering if any one has any advice?

My penis is very annoying im always fiddling with it because it feels small but it isnt small because when its on stiff its same size as my mates so its just on flacid that its small (it gets me down as when i play sports it shrinks an when it shrinks its so uncomfartable im always fiddling in the middle of a game) could someone please tell me what is wrong or what could i do? Thanks x

If it's that bad, why don't you just chop it off and forget about it?

You need to focus on other things, If you are fine size wise erect, being small while flaccid is fine--most likely you are comparing yourself to other guys who are probably slightly engorged when you see them. I know when I was a teen, I'd deliberately think about sex just before going to the restroom to pee, so my penis would be slightly swelled, and I know other guys do the same so they will appear to look like they have big fat limp ones. Otherwise they would be the tiny 1 inch or so nub of flesh every guy has naturally when fully relaxed, or even shorter when swimming or doing sports and your body's natural defenses retracts it in as much as possible to prevent damage.
Don't worry, be happy, you are more normal than the guys you see with big limp ones, they are trying to make up for what they don't really have.
