Frequency :
Age Group below 30 : Tri-weekly
30-50 : Try weekly
above 50 : Try weakly

I think sex is very important for your healthy mind and body. SEX makes you happy
SEX keeps you stress free
SEX helps you lose weight
And with all of this you look better which makes you feel even better.

Frequency of sex depends on your and your partner's interest in sex. If both of you can enjoy sex than you can have as many times as you want. Normally healthy young persons d sex 5 to 6 times a week.

sex is good for ur healthy mind and body and u cant define it as important cause u can keep urself fit and healthy by good diet too.and if u ask about the frequency it should ne 2 to 3 times in a week

Yes sex is important. It goes along with intimacy and feeling loved. It's one of the tiers on Maslow hierarchy of needs. "Love and belonging" Do it when you (and your partner) want it. There is no set amount. You and your partner just need to be open and realistic about your needs.

till your body allows it, release of sexual energy makes you happy minus tension. SEX IS THE BEST EXERCISE. but if you start feeling tired after sex , then stop sex for one week or so till you feel healthy again.
