Men's Health - November 2006

I have an annual physical scheduled with my female doctor. Up to now I've only seen her for colds and simple things; never had to undress. I'm sure she will do a testicular exam and a prostate test. Does anyone know if it is normal for me to have a gown? In the past, my male doc had me strip to my shorts then drop them for these. Also, is it required for a nurse to be present like it is when a male doc examines a female patient? Switching doctors really isn't an option. Please, only serious answers - I've read all the Penthouse Forum stories too. I'm just afraid I might get aroused (and embarrassed), especially if there will be two women in the room.

I just noticed today that I have a bump or lump on the inside of my upper left thigh. It's red and somewhat firm. I don't remember being bitten by anything. My twin brother is what people would call a "pretty boy" he doesn't act girly he has a feminem face, built body, and is popular with the girls. Guys don't seem to like him much which is sad. My brother and I both modeI so this might be why they don't like him. The swelling is about the size of a golf ball. If I squish it, it dissappears for awhile, but always comes back. It appears to have been the cause of a few stomach aches (ie. If something rubs against it, while I have a stomach ache, it will cause even more pain, and once it actually felt like it was what caused me to vomit). So it might be linked to my stomach in some way, but I can't say for sure.
