Actually, because all men are women when they first start out as a fertilized egg. The 'y' chromosome from the sperm starts the ball rolling to change the fetus from a girl to a boy. The cells are there for the breasts but obviously they don't grow when there is a normal boy baby growing in the womb.

Leftovers. When kiddos are in the womb they start out as goils regardless of whether or not they will fully develop as goils. Later they get testosteroned if they're sposed to be boys and their clits develop into wangs. Their would be boobies never get to fill up but the nipples stick around anyway.

Those other answers are wrong. Men have nipples because at conception we all start off as females then the sex is later determined as we start to develope more in the womb.

In the past, I do think that men had also breasts which were used to feed milk just like today's women. Now they may have become rudimentary.
