run!!! run every other day atleast 4-5 miles a day and hit the gym as hard as you want. Drink lots of water and in less than a month you will have some killer abs....

do 5 sets of 60 stomach crunches everyday. b4 u do tht warm up a bit by jumping or jogging. jumping 2 minutes will do it. drink plenty of water.

Comfort tips--ly down on a bed with ur feet touching the ground at an angle of approx 75 deg,

U can use a pillow under ur head.


Continue it for a week, u will see change...
